Add support for HashLink npm package (react-router-hash-link) out of the box for Spire

We have a requirement on our product detail page whereby we have these "quick links" that when clicked will take you to that specific section on the same page. There is an npm package called "react-router-hash-link" that does just this as it's not native to react. We would love for you all to build in support for this hash link functionality in Spire.

    To make sure I understand this use case can you advise if you are asking for the ability to use "react-router-hash-link" (by allowing a npm package) or are you asking for new controls or behaviors within existing widgets to be built out of the box to provide similar results?
