Ability to have more than one internal person get order confirmation email

As a customer I want to be able to have BOTH inside sales, outside sales, person placing order and potentially more get Order Confirmation Email

    Great news! Our team has added the ability to send order confirmation emails to additional recipients. Ability to include the Primary Sales Representative was included in February 2024 Release: 5.2.2402.2938+sts.

    We also provide an out of the box widget to allow additional emails for the Checkout page if there there is desire to allow the website users to include additional email addresses.
