Update Elastic Search Logic to sync Singular with Plural search Terms/Word

We are seeing a discrepancy when users search a singular vs a plural word.

Example: Ideally we would expect proper results for both singular and plural word, example Projector and Projectors.

When user search "projector" in search box to finds 2530 product results

Vs

'projectors' finds 2567 product results.

we should get the same number of results form a singular search as we do for a plural search.

I believe this was addressed in the October Release where we resolved an issue where plural search terms did not return singular search term results in Spire.
