Copy a promotion

Some of our promotions rules/results are complicated and repeating. I'd love to be able to copy a promo, rename it and reuse the parts I want without having to type them all in again.

Add "display name" for roles

The names "buyer1" / "buyer2" / "buyer3" aren't necessarily clear to users. It would be ideal if a property was added to the role and that was used as the display name across the site and in admin, since we can't rename roles.
