Add Timestamp to Attachments

We'd like to be able to see when an attachment was uploaded without having to scroll though the history tab. That way, we can quickly see which is the newest, especially when multiple assets have been added.

View Work Request Completion Date in List View Column

We would like to see the work request submitted date in a column next to the completed date in order to calculate turnaround time. Today, the completed date is not available as a column for the list view.
