Hide broken links on expired content from Link Status report

Currently, the Link Status report shows broken links that are present on expired pages. I would prefer it if broken links on expired content could be excluded from the report. This could be configurable. Jira ticket

Some of the content that we review has multiple pages. It would be very helpful to be able to sort comments by page, user, etc. rather that the default timeline of when a comment was left.

Some of our PDFs for review through the content tab are quite long and are generally easier to read in the full-screen. It would be super helpful to be able to see and add comments in that view.
