Make the popup window for special characters larger

With our recent upgrade to Optimizely 12.13.1, I now need to scroll in the popup window to find my commonly used special characters. Suggest a wider/higher popup window to make more special characters visible directly when the popup window is opened.

Check outlier filtering on by default

It would be helpful to have outlier filtering for revenue checked by default. This is the situation that is most common, as having outliers removed has more value than data with outliers in it.
