    We are a DXP Production customer (CECO02) and have the same need, beyond the bounce list. Today we cannot see whether a SendGrid message from our site was delivered, bounced, dropped, opened or clicked. Our API key does not have the Email Activity scope (403 Missing Scope), so every check needs a support ticket to Optimizely. Please consider either the SendGrid Email Activity API scope for DXP customers or the SendGrid Event Webhook, as another customer suggested, so that we can store delivery events in our own telemetry.
