Synchronous scrolling for Compare different versions

The user experience would be improved when comparing different versions of a page, the user could toggle on/off for Synchronous scrolling of for e.g. (but not only pertaining to) the main body property.

Add horizontal scrollbar to page/asset pane and model windows.

As a CMS user, the page pane, asset pane, and page/asset selector modal should display horizontal scroll bars when trying to view deeply nested content items. This will improve navigation and prevent content item names from being cut off.

We're using this add-on on Episerver World and it's very good: https://www.david-tec.com/2018/03/visual-compare-option-available-for-episerver-11/ I think it should be included in the core product so that it is available to everyone.

Change the maximum upload file size per media type

Current there can be only ne file size limit. In website documents like pdf can be big but mediafiles like images should be smaller. Optimizely should have option to set uplooad size limit per media type instead of all media files.
