Add validation notifications on property tabs and property labels

When editing a page/block, the property validation feature is great to prevent editors publishing an incomplete or sub-optimal piece of content. However, the validation notification is only shown near the Publish dropdown menu, and the editor then has to read the message and then find the appropriate category tab where the validation issue occured.

My suggestion:

1. Add a notification bubble on each property tab that has a validation issue.
If more than one validation severity issue is found on one tab, show one bubble with the color of the highest severity found and show the issue count in the bubble.
This will help the editor quickly scan the tabs and see where there are issues.
