Add an option to the CMS Workflow to target a single user to approve vs a group

    Out of the box, this shouldn't be a problem at all for an admin to set up. Please talk to your developer about this. However, I recommend that you have two or three people in an approval flow group so that your content publishing doesn't get halted if someone is away. For smaller collaborations would skipping the approval flow and instead use comments to get the attention of a colleague? Also check if there is an e-mail going out when a person is tagged in Comments? The e-mail notification is a function enabled by the developer. Good luck with your site!

    We have a centralized publishing team and decentralized approval process, so need to be able to target a specific business approver rather than a group of approvers who would receive too many irrelevant notifications.
