Don't overwrite attachment from work request when selecting a campaign template

When an attachment is included in the work request and then a campaign template is applied as part of the campaign creation from the work request, don't remove the attachment.

Report module views can be made public by checking Visible, but the same is not true for saved views in the Plan module.

Remove assets from folders

As a user, I would like the ability to remove assets from folders. At the moment you can move assets to a different folder, but you can't simply remove them from a folder. The only option is to delete the asset and re-upload it to the main library.

Ability to Filter by Fields in Board View of Plan

Right now, we cannot filter out options in a field that we are looking at in the Board view. When we have a field with many options and we only want to view tasks for 3 of those options, we still have to view all of the options in the Board view.
