Clarify Step Assignment Notification

The email that goes out when someone is assigned to a step says, "You are assigned to [step], and it requires your action." This is often misleading as the step due date is in the future and others have work to do first. I think the wording should be revised to something like this: 'You are assigned to [step]. You will be notified when you are required to take action.'”
