Auto-Fill Personal Info from Microsoft into Request Form

It would be great if we could link our Microsoft credentials into Welcome so that the system knows more about who has submitted a request to better be able to prioritize work. For example, we'd like to capture their title, their department, etc.

There is additional flexibility needed with adjusting the dates on the workflows because right now there is no way to disregard the preset durations on the templated workflow.

Days of the Week in List View

We'd like to see the day of the week next to the due date in the list view. Right now, I can see if a step or task is due on, say, the 15th. But I still have to go to the calendar to know that is Wednesday.
