    For many clients, maintaining their brand presence is critical - even during unexpected downtime or restarts. A custom error page ensures that visitors see a branded, reassuring message rather than a generic error screen. This helps preserve trust and confidence in the stability of the website, even in moments of disruption. Allowing customised HTML pages with client-specific branding and messaging would greatly enhance the user experience and align with their brand standards.
