Ability to cc on a ticket via the supportal widget in CMP

When my team puts in support tickets, there is no option for them to CC me so that I can provide support/escalate the issue.

Show both step due date and task due date on Board

At the moment we have to toggle between different views on the board during our WIPs in order to see both current steps due as well as upcoming tasks where we have step assigned to us. Would be very helpful to be able to see both on the same card.

Ability to download all assets attached to a task/in content tab of task

Tag assets at task level

Before sending assets to the library from a task, it would be great if you could tag them. At the moment there is an option to add fields/labels but not tags.

We would like to disable the time a step is due in a task

All of our task steps are due EOD. It is very time consuming to have to set each step in each task to that time. We would like to be able to either turn off all times due, and only have a date, or set all times to a default time.
