Add ability to automatically create page content for page variations.

Would be awesome to have a method of identifying page variations in Standard.json files so that they were auto generated from the devs when an environment is built the first time. For example, if we have a Home Page, with 2 variants, 1 for authenticated and 1 for guest. Currently there is no way to supply 2 different Standard.json files for the content however because they will share the same name and the second will get ignored.
