Allow JSON template for Variant Pages Merged

As described in the PRM channel, We are suggesting the ability to define page template json files for page variants on the same page (e.g., an authenticated homepage as well as an unauthenticated homepage). This would allow us to have default pages created with different widgets on each. We currently don't see a way to have a content creator/json file for the variant pages.
