Cloudflare timeout setting

Allow the Cloudflare timeout setting to be changed by customer. Currently it's global at 100 seconds.

Cludgy solution for finding content references (moving to trash)

Email Notifications should mention Campaign name along with Task names

A task such as "web build" can belong to several campaigns, would be better to have the campaign name along with it for clarity.

Ability to change a Task to a Campaign or vise versa

There isn't an option to make this switch. To do so, you have to delete the Task/Campaign and recreate it. This is problematic if the Task already contains comments, etc.
