Notify of Task Ownership Change

While the default task owner is the task creator, we often update the owner to reflect the project manager on the task. It would be great if, as the PM, I could get a notification when someone assigns me task ownership just like step ownership.

There are two available actions for in-app notifications - "clear all" and "mark all as read." But they are very close together in the UI, and it's easy to hit the wrong one.
