Allow Deeper Nesting of Comments

The comment sections only allow for a single level of replies, which is causing confusion for our users. Say I leave a comment asking for review on a PDF. Someone else comments with their feedback, but I have a question about it. I can't reply directly to the feedback. Instead, I have to either reply at the same level (reply to my own comment) or start a new thread - both are confusing when you're reading through the chain. Also, this means we either have to be very diligent with @mentioning people, or we miss key updates.
