On-Hold Status for Work Requests

There are times when someone submits a request and, while we want to complete the request, we are unable to do so at that time. Putting it on hold would allow the submitter better visibility into our plans.

Automatically Create Task when Request Accepted

We would love to be able to automatically create a task when a work request has been accepted. Ideally, the system would create the task and pick the workflow based on the completed labels.

Include Campaign Template Tasks in 'Related' Activities on Work Request

When a work request is accepted and a campaign is created from a template, so are a lot of other tasks. We'd like to see those tasks as part of the "related" section, since they were all created at once from the work request.

Edit the Requester

Users with Admin level permission should be able to edit the requester, in the use case that someone leaves the company or we want to make a request on behalf of someone.

Include a "Add filters" option in the request module + search option

We would like to have the ability to get the “add filters” option in the request module, which would be identical to the Plan module together with the search options for labels.
