In-Progress Status for Work Requests

It's currently not possible to tell which requests have active work happening in tasks/campaigns based on existing statuses (accepted doesn't necessarily mean work is being done.) It would be great if we could have an in-progress status just like tasks. If there is an in-progress task on the request, then the request itself would be marked as in-progress.

    Agree. It would be super handy if the tasks created from the request updated the request rather than remaining completely separate - it essentially doubles the task and makes it confusing for both the requester and the person actioning the request.
