Formatting and Section Headers Disappear After Work Request or Brief Is Submitted

We have some complex briefs that have lots of different section headings that are used to break up the submission forms on briefs and work requests. The formatting for a user when they are submitting the brief is easy to read and digest.

However, once the work request or brief is submitted, all of that formatting and section headers disappears. So as different contributors look to the brief to try and skim it for the questions pertinent to their work (Ex: We have a "Compliance" section dedicated to compliance related questions) it is difficult for them to find what they need since the section header and formatting have disappeared and it's just a laundry list of questions/answers all with the same formatting.
