Missing the ability to create custom views in Organizations and Contacts sections

Within customized commerce 13 people could create custom views with the specific columns that they wanted to display to be able to quickly view and access information. When upgrading to Commerce 14 this feature looks to have not been included.

Adding search capabilities for the Parent Organization field.

We have more than 150.000 organization records in the database. We like to have the same user experience as the old Commerce Manager view, with a modal window to search for organizations.
