Missing a large number of customer-specific fields to display as columns, and no ability to add them

A number of field that once existed in the high-level view of customer contacts within customized commerce 13 are no longer able to be added within version 14. The lack of visibility on key customer-specific details has been noted to have an impact on customer workflows.

Moving forward the ability to add information like the following to this view would help to enrich the commerce interface
