Atm if an employee leaves or joins, they will have to request for that person to be added or removed from the personalisation portal. This will either be carried out by the CSM, or the CSM will reach out to me to carry this action out. Customers should have the ability to do so themselves. They should have the option to copy the settings of an existing employee
