Single link solution for Episerver pages with simple URL

Currently all Episerver pages with a simple URL have two page URLs, the full page URL and the simple URL. Ideally all pages would only have one URL, and the full URL would redirect permanently to the simple URL. The issue with two URLs is that sometimes both get used and reporting gets very difficult.

In the ideal world, when using the Episerver options dropdown to "view on website" link would also point to the simple URL, not the full page URL.

    This has now been implemented and is available from 12.6.0 onwards.
