Web/Console user permissions

Currently, we are using Insite 5.1 and migrating to spire. There is a new requirement from the business to have a diversified user entitlements within the organization(so far identified about 50 different entitlements). After assessing the current roles/privilege options, Insite doesn’t provide enough scalability/expandability in terms of console/website user management. The access management should be more flexible and administered by the web support team without any technical intervention. Refer the attached spreadheet for one of the roles.

Here are some entities to be considered.

  1. Media – No entity by this name and comes with existing bundle which business doesn’t want to provide.

  2. Indexing – This works only with elevated privilege which is not expected by business.

  3. Validation tool – This requires multiple privileges

  4. Category product sorting
