Our team also raised that they would like the ability to set out-of-office notifications (email and/or in-app) when work requests come during out-of-office hours or bank holidays. I am adding this comment here as it relates to this topic, but I recall also seeing an item on having custom notifications - which would help with this issue if it can be done at the individual or team level (as our teams are based in more than one country, so bank holidays and hours will vary)
