Best Bet Storage choice

Even though the cache is fixed, there is still the first load that causes a performance hit. In our case, a client added ~2k best bets, and the first load takes several minutes.


We also created a custom IBestBetRepository, but IMHO this feature (or any one where performance is key) should not use DDS as storage and Optimizely should move to a table out of the box.
