Prioritising personalisation experiments

I'm looking at setting up 2 personalisation experiences on the same page (different audiences).

I am aware that multiple experiences can be placed within the same campaign and prioritised, however the 2 experiences I am setting up have different metrics, and as far as I am aware, all experiences within the same campaign share the same metrics.

If I put them into separate campaigns, I can achieve configuring them as needed, however I lose the ability to prioritise one campaign over the other (unless there is a feature I have missed to do this). I need to do this as one audience is a subset of the other, and those that fall into the audience of the subset, should not see the experience from the other, larger, audience.

While one suggestion given might be to create mutually exclusive audiences, which I am able to do for a one off campaign, this would not scale well and would be problematic once there are a few campaigns on the same page requiring different metrics. Having a prioritisation capability against activities would be one way of scaling up.
