Direct Deploy to Pre Production

Currently, the direct deploy feature is only available in the Integration environment. I would like to have this feature available for other environments like PRE production.

On top of accelerating the deployments to pre-prod, this could help us resolve a false signal in "GitHub Actions" where we receive the completion notification when in fact it is only the first part. An update to the Episerver API could maybe help too?
