Make "Additional properties" section optional when creating content

Currently non-required properties are listed under a section called "Additional properties" when creating content.

This gives users the impression that those properties should be filled out before clicking the "Create" button.

This is particularly problematic for properties that are intended to be populated by local assets, for example blocks that should be created in the "For this page/block" folder after the content has been created.

I would prefer if we could opt in for this behavior for specific non-required properties.

The default would be to only list required properties when creating new content.
