Ability to add Watchers to Routing Rules

When definining Routing Rules, it would be great to have the ability to add Watchers for the rule (similar to the "Notification Recipient"). This use case is needed when the watcher is not actively involved in the work request, but should be automatically be given visibility (e.g. Global / Regional Head of marketing for the requests submited from their business unit or countries in scope)

    Thank you for the feedback! I think this would be a great addition for further extending our routing rules. We just recently released the ability to set priority as part of routing rules and don't currently have additional work planned, but we'll keep this in mind when we revisit.
