Compress Workflow Builder

The interface when building/editing workflows makes it really difficult to see more than one step (the text box is unnecessarily large). I would love the ability to compress the view so I can get a better overview and move steps around quicker.

    Yep; that makes a lot of sense to help improve the admin experience, and I agree that a condensed view would make drag-and-drop a lot easier/more valuable. We'll see what we can do!

    Yes its on the workflow settings page. Another helpful element would be the ability to drag and drop steps rather than endlessly click the up/down buttons to move things, but again we would need to be able to see more than one step at a time for that to really work well.

    Thanks for the feedback! I assume this is on the workflow settings page in particular (since you can collapse steps when editing a workflow directly on a task). If so, I definitely hear you, and I'll ask the team to take a look at what we can do to refresh that page and create a better admin experience. In the meantime, if you have other suggestions for that page, please let us know!
