Add a Parent Campaign ID field and all the parent campaign ID as value under it

We need Parent Campaign ID to display as a field in the field settings so that they appear as filters in different modules in the platform and we want all of their IDs to display as the field value under the campaign ID field.

Currently, we use a text field, which is a custom field. But we want to remove it, and have the actual parent campaign IDs in the field settings as a field.
