    Currently we offer a "Subscribe" widget out of the box which allows email sign up via on page entry - https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/7469177310093-Basic-Elements-widgets#01H7ZGW8KGX0F9QYD9EKGQ3NQS
