Thank you for the additional details and use case information. I will make sure this is included in future review of this feature in relation to site messages and multiple region support.
This is causing further issues as the Site Messages related to Stock are tied to the default warehouse.
As we have 2 sites and they are fulfilled from different warehouses in different regions, the site message will stay in stock when the warehouse the order would be fulfilled from has no stock. There does not appear to be a way to have the site messages pull from the actual individual warehouse stock related to the site vs multi-site or turn off the Site Message without also losing visibility into inventory by warehouse.
Furthermore, if specific warehouses are assigned only to site A, they should not be visible on site B when looking at the "i" section and stock at warehouses of site A should be excluded from stock availability for site B.
Stock logic for products on site A should only take into account available stock for warehouses assigned to site A.
Stock logic for products on site B should only take into account available stock for warehouses assigned to site B.
