Granular Permissions -include Debug tools

In the current Roadmap there is an item around Granular Permissions for the admin console based on user role.

When we create console user access to add a Punchout Customer it also gives them access to Debug Bug on page - and we are hoping granular permissions will include things like the Debug feature so we can give access to add a Punchout customer without also giving them access to that tool

It would be GREAT to have the Debug tools (bug icon in admin console) to be part of these permissions
