Thank you for the additional screenshot, as I understand today this box is offered as opt-in (whereby the website user must take action to be remembered).
You'd like to be able to set this as opt-out (whereby users would have it pre-checked upon reaching the login page)
I believe you are also asking for it to only be pre-checked if the returning user previously asked to be remembered?
See attached image. I am talking about the remember me check box :)
To clarify are you asking for the username to be pre-filled in or some other behavior?
Currently we offer Remember Me and Keep me Signed In, both of which behave in ways to remember the user when they have checked the box and subsequently logged in but neither of which will retain the username/pw for future login requests - https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413191752845-Maintain-a-user-s-session
