Add support for restriction groups based on warehouse location

Please add support for restriction groups based on warehouse location. Here is a scenario that was given to support.

We have customers who buys from different warehouses. They only have one default warehouse mapping but they could pickup from different warehouse locations.

Customer-1 has default warehouse as WH-1

• Customer-2 has default warehouse as WH-2

• Product-1 is available only in warehouse as WH-1

Now, Customer-1 can choose different warehouses for PickUp. We shouldn’t show product-1 for Customer-1, when they have selected WH-2 as pickup location. Because, WH-2 doesn’t have product-1 available.
