Expose sort descriptor to extension code to allow implementers to make complex sorting clauses in elastic search

The SortDescriptor that is available in RunProductSearchResult.SearchDescriptor.Sort is an abstraction that does not allow to include complex sorting rules, such as sorting by nested fields. We would like to be able to use the Nest7 sort descriptor and pass it along to the pipeline, which the ElasticSearchClient class would use for running the product search.
