Access to Mailgun for Optimizely Configured Commerce Customers

Optimizely is using Mailgun as email service to send outbound emails from Opti Configured Commerce. We see that user activation emails are not always reaching customers and we would like to see more detail on what happened with mails sent out from the platform. We have this ability for our CRM and Marketing tools but for Opti emails we cannot see if the mail made it to the user's mailbox and if he opened the email. We know that Mailgun provides this service to their customers and as a customer of Configured Commerce we would like to get this information as well.
