Allow product visibility rules to be applied en masse

With the product visibility enhancement release in the Feb 2023 release of Configured Commerce, rules can be added to the products to determine for which customers the product is View Only for.

Currently, there is no way to apply these visibility rules to more than one product at a time. This results in the feature not being very useful for customers who have more than a handful of products that need to have rule-based visibility restrictions.

A good way to enhance this would be to either:

• Allow the rules to be exported/imported onto products (to be able to apply them to other products en-masse)

• Split the rules into their own section of the Admin Console (like Restriction Groups are) and allow for rule-based definition at the product level as well as the customer level
