Checkout-Shipping: Shipping address is not auto populated on selection of use billing address radio button

When I add an item to the cart and checkout an item using checkout as a guest process, After entering the details into the BIlling address and the "Use Billing Address" is selected the text fields present in the Shipping Address will be auto-populated.

The auto-population of the Billing address in the shipping address will be a great user experience for the Checkout process. so please provide a solution to this.

    Today we do offer the checkbox to use the billing address and it successfully carries through when I test on one of our base sites, is this a request to show it differently in our base blueprint?
