For all Excel imports in the Admin, there should be a template

As an administrator in the Optimizely Configured Commerce System I have had to load data into the system manually on occasion. I believe that for my organization's benefit, and the benefit of many others, every section that allows a manual excel import should have a template to provide Users the necessary fields and formatting.
