Copying prod to sandbox feature for Mission Control

Use case for version upgrades. It will be helpful to have the ability to move databases between "Projects", using Mission Control or other tooling.

    v3 support is coming soon as we discovered a late stage bug but still wanted to make it available for v2. Follow article to get updates once available for v3.
