Enhanced "Remember me" feature

We feel the 'Remember Me' feature could be improved while remaining compliant with PCI-DSS.

Currently, after the session times-out, users that have checked the Remember Me checkbox, still have access to prices, inventory, and lists of the customers they selected.

We believe this is restrictive and that, remaining PCI-DSS compliant, it should provide access to all the pages except:

  • Checkout Pages

  • Payment Profile page

Some of the pages that would be made available, such as the User's Administration page, could be questionable. Therefore, in addition to this request, we think it would be even better if it were possible to select the pages we want to make available. That's why we think it would be even better if we could select the pages we want to make available.


Our clients' customers complain that they have to log in all the time, for example, just to check their order history.

    Great news! Our team has released two new features related to 'remember me':

    In December 2023 we released a Keep Me Signed In feature, users can maintain their sessions without re-authenticating when they access their account pages or complete checkout.

    In January 2024 we added the Pages To Be Remembered field within the Settings, which lets you select which additional pages a user will have access to when you have the Remember Me feature enabled.
