Remove the UofM field from the Order Upload Template

Web users have trouble populating clean data in the Order Upload file, getting particularly frustrated with incorrect unit of measure values. We'd like to remove the UoM column from the order upload template and use product default UoM in the import process. The template is in an area of the project that is not customizable, so we're unable to implement on our own.
